What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with businesses of 5 to 500 people across manufacturing, logistics, real estate, finance, healthcare, and professional services. If you have a manual process that costs time or money every day, we can probably automate it.
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on scope. A focused automation workflow can be live in 2–3 weeks. A custom-trained computer vision system typically takes 4–6 weeks from data collection to production deployment. We'll give you a specific timeline after understanding your project.
Do I need to provide training data for computer vision?
Sometimes yes, sometimes we help collect it. For manufacturing QC, we typically need 500–5,000 labelled images of your specific products. We'll tell you exactly what's needed upfront.
Who owns the code and models after the project?
You do. 100%. All code, trained models, and infrastructure belong to you. We don't use a proprietary platform — we build on open standards.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. We've integrated with Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, various ERPs, Gmail, Google Workspace, custom databases, and most things with an API. If it has an API or webhook, we can connect to it.
Is Buteforce a consulting firm?
No. Buteforce does not do consulting, strategy decks, or workshops. We build and ship production AI systems — the working software, not the advice about building it.
Where is Buteforce based?
Buteforce is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. We serve clients in the US, UK, UAE, and Australia remotely. All communication is async-friendly for international time zones.
What makes Buteforce different from AI agencies?

Does Buteforce offer free trials or proof of concepts?
No free trials. We do not do pilot projects or unpaid proofs of concept. We build scoped, fixed-price systems where the deliverable is production-ready software.
How much does a custom AI system cost?
Projects are fixed-scope, fixed-price. A focused automation workflow: typically $3,000–8,000. A custom computer vision system: $8,000–20,000. An AI agent system: $5,000–15,000. Final price depends on complexity and data requirements — contact us for a specific quote.
